Can your products' label, packaging, design be customized?
Yes, we offer customization service on these.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our factory production capacity is 30,000 sets of lighting systems per month.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Normally MOQ 100 pcs, but we also accept small sample orders for quality clients.
Can I get a sample for quality check?
Yes, we offer samples.
How soon is the lead time?
For sample orders, 3–5 days. For bulk orders, 15–35 days.
What is the lifetime of your lighting systems?
Our lighting systems can work at least 3 years; lighting modules should be replaced regularly.
How can you guarantee the quality?
Professional QC team controls the defect rate. We also take full responsibility per our after-sales support system.
What are your terms of payment?
Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment (may vary by country).

Warranty statement

In order to maintain the reputation and image of LED lamps, tri-proof lamps, and other products of Fulton Science And Technology Lighting Co., Ltd. in the market and among users, and to constantly improve product quality and customer satisfaction, our company states the warranty of products as follows:

Production conditions

  • Our company's quality management system complies with ISO9001.
  • Our company will not change the product materials and design without the consent of the customer.
  • All products have passed EMC and LVD tests, and corresponding IP and IK level tests, with certificates issued by third-party laboratories.
  • All products have passed full inspection, aging, and spot-check procedures before leaving the factory.
  • Our company provides 3 or 5 years warranty for corresponding products from the date of shipment.

Scheme of warranty

Defective ≤ 0.3%
When the defective rate is no more than 0.3%, the customer shall not claim against us.

Defective ≤ 2% (single batch)
Inform the order number and provide photo/video evidence. After confirming our fault, we will send the corresponding quantity for replacement with the customer’s next order free of charge.

2% < Defective ≤ 5% (single batch)
Inform the order number, provide evidence, and send back some or all defective products for analysis. We shall bear the freight. After confirming our fault, we will send replacement quantity with the next order for free.

Defective > 5% (single batch)
Inform the order number, provide evidence, and send back some defective products for analysis (freight on us). After confirming our fault, we will recall all goods and bear the freight, or ask the customer to destroy them on the spot. Afterwards we will provide qualified products again free of charge and bear the shipping cost to the customer’s seaport.
